  I think you misunderstand, NM. I imagine he's pretty chuffed that his government of revolutionary zealots is using a public health pretext to effect a draconian political, economic, legal, social and behavioural reorganisation that could not have been achieved democratically. Meanwhile, expect more off-target blunt arrows fired from a cracked bow with a ragged string, for his quiver's full to bursting.
