#630 I understood it all. Unlike you, however, I've learned not accept everything that comes from the press conferences as undisputed scientific fact.

There are 17 other countries including (believe it or not) the US who have included anosmia as an identifiable symptom of Covid 19 before our reluctant acceptance of the facts. If you want to all the names, go to the WHO site.

The professional body for ear, nose and throat specialists (ENT-UK) have been calling for eight weeks for anosmia to be listed as a marker for asymptomatic carriers. It issued a joint statement with the British Rhinology Society (BRS) on 20 March, it said. “We estimate that many hundreds of thousands of patients in the UK have developed anosmia as a result of Covid-19,” (Prof Claire Hopkins, the BRS president.)

Every country relies to a degree on scientific data and analysis. In the case of this Cumming led government, it appears that we have chosen a different interpretation from the majority in making many key decisions. The results of this are obvious.

Please tell me, Cap'n, which bit you don't understand.
