  To be fair Pablo I think the majority of the public have a lot more common sense than the most of those in power who love to tell us how we should all behave. It is the idiots without common sense who have got us to the muddle we seem to be in at the moment, like the person who thought up the be 'aware' phrase which can be just what an individual wants it to mean.
  
  Just a thought if they had to change the wording maybe that person could not fit something like 'sensible' into the vacant space.
