Granny, I'm torn between saying either "rumbled" or "you're just weird".

But the topic really gets my goat. If this was a sitcom about 2 individual fathers who every week left their eye-rolling small child in ever more ludicrous places, it would be treated as comedy, not statistically representative and therefore without implications for the standard of childcare by males in general.

But as an advert, apparently, the gender stereotypes are obvious and to be deplored. Why? Are men going to stop fathering children or be denied fostering roles if the advert continues to be screened? I suggest not and think that the advert is harmless.
