    Ventilators: It takes 1 nurses to operate and a doctor to assess the patients need and intubate(though suitably qualified nurses are able to do this) and the doctor to assess patient's subsequent needs for variations to flow rates etc, your 5 nurses figure comes from the number of nurses to cover shift patterns, nurses and doctors also deal with multiple patients concurrently. So yes a load of bull.

    As for drive through testing I don't know but don't believe it's significantly important as those with severe symptons are the ones that need the medical intervention and drive through testing does not provide that.
