    I believe the shop in the left foreground, .by the lamp post would be the International Stores which was still there in the 1950's. The facia hadn't changed much even then!

    Sorry but the Interntional was up by the Prince Albart pub in the 1960s when I came out of the army in the 1960s I worked there part-time.v matcham
