From the BBC:
"Zac Goldsmith has said he will not stand as a Conservative MP at the next election if the party supports a third runway at Heathrow Airport."
Dear God, please can you make it so that Heathrow is expanded and Liberal government make a new runway at Heathrow airport.
Thank you, PhilipP.

lol! Philipp. Dont be too concerned for our dear friend Zac. He is quite comfortably in the position to be able to throw over his political career at a whim..as the poor chap is now down to his last £100million, and wont be needing his..to him.. puny..MP's salary. I saw him make this statement in the House recently, I saw him on the parliamentary channel, yes somebody looks at it.
As we said before the nation needs more air traffic capacity, to the far east in particular so the third runway is a possibility as it is unlikely that Boris island will ever see fruition. So Zac's political career may be short lived. He is, if Im remembering rightly, the MP for Richmond. Awful posh in Richmond and they dont like those nasty noisy jets going over and disturbing the garden party quartets as they strangle Mozart for the well heeled..

When will have enough air-traffic capacity?

The terms used here are 'constrained' and 'unconstrained'. Whether that should be 'preferred' and 'un-preferred', is no doubt a matter of personal choice.
