    I guess on the scale of things a rise of 13p a week by Dover District Council doesnt seem a lot. Following yesterdays Budget by Chancellor Alastair Darling, if you drink a bottle of wine a week, it will cost you more (total 14 p more tax on wine ) than the rise in council tax on a Band D house here in Dover.(1p more)

    So I guess on the scale of things its not too bad.
