  Go to the the top man John face to face .A very decent chap who has to work with an understaffed section .You should have heard the casbinet members giving him a grilling the other day .I felt so soirry for him as he was trying to say give me more staff and you will get better results .Too much paper work flying around John .I recall the days when you had several agenda items on one page
  Too many presentations telling everyone how to do the job and not enough praise for those who do a good job .
