I can see your point, Tony, that the topic is rather uneasy, as our Country is involved in war-operations, but the idea that British warplanes could be bombing to power an Al Quaeda commander - who is also the commander of the Lybian rebels - while at the same time British soldiers are supposedly fighting Al Quaeda in Afghanistan (or was it the Taliban) just points out that PM Cameron has ruined his career.
The man is making desperate speeches, together with another odd leader, Sarkozy, for the Lybians to abandon Col. Gedaffi "before it's too late".
Too late for what? one would ask. The fact is, the rebels cannot advance any further unless western warplanes bomb to smithereens a couple of Lybian cities and kill off hundreds of thousands of Lybians who are prepared to fight the rebels.
I suppose before long someone in high will confront PM Cameron with the fact that the rebel leader is an Al Queda commander. A larger proportion of the British public is against PM Cameron's war in Libya than is in favour.
But not everyone knows that the rebel leader is an Al Queda commander.
Alright, I did my part, got the message over, and will look out for another Dover topic to write about or coment on.
