Yellow is the new blue or black

My wife and I wondered that when we walked passed there today. All we could think of is that maybe the gap between the rails is on the flat and not on the slopes and possibly not needed because of that. - 20 July 2013 16:24238107Obviously, light yellow for average, darker yellow for above average, orange for excellent and green for mundane. As can be seen arrayed on the building beyond.
