  Well I agree. But if pointing out the true facts is having a go then I feel sorry for this town. Truth hurts. Brushing it under the carpet supports mistakes. People in responsible jobs are actually accountable to us if they allegedly represent us. I draw the line, knowing mistakes were made on both sides. Thank you Sue for agreeing with me on my comment about the soup kitchens . But just think on this, constantly drawing the line under it gives those who make mistakes the green card to carry on. RBL put in an apology. As the council represents us, are you happy to share responsibility for the faux pas in relation to this whole episode with them? ( based on the fact that a town clerk acts on the say so of the Cllrs) I know you have previously said you do not live in Dover but in effect you do. Looking at the map, part of River is in the St Radigund ward.
