things seem to be taking off there, we had the new hairdressers open a month or two back, then the old chinese takeway(think it was called wun hung lo) has been refurbished and renamed and now there are shopfitters at work in the old threshers shop.

Good to hear that. Perhaps the rent and rates are a wee bit cheaper round the corner there which encourages new enterprise. Good luck to them.
