The worst I find in any shop is when your not getting attention when wanting to get through till
and there talking about events they were at the night before lol

Ive just had lousy service in Icelands ,2 tills open with ppl with overflowing trollys & going so slow ,i d still be there a yr next Xmas ,all i had was a basket with 5 items

Icelands have always had that desire to make their customers wait in long queues, one of the main reasons I stopped using them.

i was in icelands this morning 0900 in and out in 1/2 an hour

Iceland is a good supermarket with some good deals on offer but the store is now just too small for amount of shoppers which use it.Really needs a bigger building with more tills.

Surely the number of tills is irrelevant, It is all about how many are open and are there staff available to open any that are not...

Cant say I have to many probs I icelands altho once I asked for a pound for trolley and was told couldn't have one as cant open till
not he best of customer service

Farmfoods seem to manage, I have never had to wait as long as I used to in Iceland.
