    I believe some are born lazy so become future 'scroungers' the same as some are born with the work ethic, much the same as some are born generous and others hoard their money.

    None of us when we refer to scroungers are talking about those who through a change in their circumstances now receive benefits we are talking about those who will to anything to avoid work and expect to live on our tax money.
