  Vouchers are just as open to abuse by the 'scroungers' as the present cash benefits system and are demeaning to to genuine claimant.
  
  If only the vast amount of money poured into all these so called money saving schemes was used to catch those who are not entitled to benefits, surely such an idea would be self financing.
