  No David, we haven't achieved World-Class status for Dover - yet.
  
  With section 215s being worked on, the buildings will be improved.
  When decisions on the Port's future is determined, perhaps the Western Docks/T2 could be worked on (unlike others, I do believe the Western Docks/T2 should be started asap so that it will be completed soon after Calais development - Calais know how to access EU funding, something that we don't seem to have learned yet, so we can equal their capacity or we will find less will come through Dover, instead of more).
  The Landbridge and Cable car completed
  DTIZ up and running.
  Western Heights/Farthingloe development
  Connaught Barracks site
  
  When these are all complete, we'll be pretty close to it. To achieve the above, some brave decisions will need to be made - by planning officers and the Planning Committee.
