    in reply to the pcso powers they already have cyclists powers but its about the priorities.


    also i share your view reference the general powers but you need to understand the role of a pcso, they are not policepeople doing the job of a pc
    nor should they.
    so you have to draw the line on some powers, if you believe in the role of the pcso.
    they should not become cheap policeman
    but should be part of the community.
