  Is that on top of the dead looking patch you posted on over winter Howard, might have been an underground leak if it was.

  [U]Improvements to surfacing at Pencester Gardens play area in Dover is planned and included within the above project. A brand new set of cradle swings will be installed to add to the existing equipment.
  Replenishment works were also completed in April to the Castle Multi Play Unit as part of these improvements.
