Absolutely - it is sometimes a bit of a challenge, though, to keep on bigging up when so many take the trouble to complain and frankly whinge. We will never attract the funding for stuff without improving the look and feel of the place - businesses want to migrate to somewhere that will attract business to them, welcome them and value them, and in addition will be an attractive and cared for area. Dover is already a great place, it just needs a bit of a tidy and smarten - a bit like when your front room looks a bit shabby and a coat of paint and a new sofa make it look like a different place and you don't mind people calling!!! And, in this case more importantly, people don't mind calling on you, wipe their shoes when they come in, and don't secretly wipe the cutlery before they eat.............
