    Excellent Alan another one of my gripes is when a company ring me up like the bank they ask me to prove that i am me asking questions , but surely as they rang me , on my number i gave them, and its me they wanted to speak with then why do i have to have my time wasted???? i should be asking them to prove they are who they say
