  deliberate fire in Leicester all died in a house fire
  police say it was arson, and treating it as murder

  yes
  story is developing that there may be a link to an earlier murder of a 20 year old
  but there is a twist to the story, where its being said by locals that this family of 5 (4 who died in the fire) were church goers
  and wouldn't get involved in such events. and maybe this is mistaken identity
  more to come on this one
  but very tragic
