    Yes indeed a very informative post Ed, thanks for keeping us up to speed as ever. Good picture too. Did see that ship and was wondering what it was up to in the harbour. Didnt fathom the wind farm aspect.

    Isnt it all a bit of a worry though that giant companies like Shell and BP are pulling out of green energy development in the shape of wind farms. They are clearly fed up p*ssing about with NIMBYS...people who want green energy as long as it comes from somewhere else. All this near permananet obstruction to progress causes a huge increase in the companies costs, no wonder its becoming less viable. The victory at East Langdon is surely a bit of a hollow victory, as on one hand there are no swirling blades, but on the other, no green energy generation either. Remember that everybody when you want to switch your lights on in 2020 while your up to your armpits in seawater.
