During the Libya campaign, the oil facilities there were left intact by all sides: Colonel Ghedafi's soldiers, the rebels and the Western warplanes.
Therefore, so soon as the rebels got in to power, Libyan oil production went immediately back to its previous levels.

Since then, though, Libyan oil production fell and is now at 10% of what it was even one year ago.
The reason being, the Libyan state has fallen apart, and just about every tribe has its own armed militia.
Units of Libyan soldiers have recently deserted the government and taken control of an oil port.

Together with allied armed militia, they threaten to fight back if the Libyan government send in troops to evict them.
Shell has withdrawn from Libya, BP may be following suit.

Libya has become a non-state and is currently IMPORTING oil to keep the electricity supply running.

So much to Western intervention in other people's problems!
