  do you or anyone else here know why they put this motion forward on the first place if it did not involve military action prior to another motion?
  
  all the rest is meaningless, we can condemn who we like, hague seems to do it on a regular basis as if we were still a major world power.
  
  furthermore a brief look at voting patterns shows that it was not a decision made on the basis of humanitarian need, much more about party politics.
