    Neil, "Charlie's entry on his FB page this morning was that he voted in favour of condemning the use of Chemical Weapons"

    The trouble is, D. Cameron had asked for the following motion:
    "condemming the use of Chemical Weapons BY ASSAD".

    This was a strange motion to put forward, because chemical weapons should not be used by anyone.
