I got a sunhouse as a kit on the Pc because it did not cost so much,but parts were missing the wrong size roof to the rest of it and windows missing,but told the lads that were puting up carry on put it right as you go and I will try and get the over spend back from the company after,well thay done that,and I phoned them up told them what had happen and would they make good the expayment I paid out to have it put right,they aske me to send a email telling them what was wrong and send photos of the greenhouse showing the parts that was not right,I done all of that,and they said we will let you know what we are going to do about it.I was asking for a ex £80 only just for the ex labour cost.well today they got back to me saying the glass for the windows will come in the next few days,(good) but they will not pay me the £80 even after they agree the parts were not right.They said because I had it put right myself they would not payout,said I should have got back to them first.But it was the week end and their office was closed and it was half build and raining I could not wait ,if I had done the cost would have been much higher,because the builders would have to stop then come back again.But they will not pay up.I will keep trying but do not hold out much hope,the company are world stores,it does say in small print to call them ,but as I said it was the weekend, do you think they should have paid out?or am I wrong in my thinking.
