  The parking car parks a long the front no longer Cater for the Disabled blue Card holders,I have now paid£180 in fines with more to come on the sighs it tell you in small print Disable pay the normal tariff ,I all ways used my card and parked in the right bays ,but did not notice the new change on the new notice it does not have a Disable sigh like they had before, so did not read it. yes it was my own mistake. but the fines are very heavy. no more to say about it all
