19:1884603Today not for the first time i tried to establish if mr dimmock was, like mr hannant before him(not yet denied) going to stand for the tories in may.
It is amusing watching people pretend they have no links/supprt for tories.
me im happy to campaign for the labour party
cant see why there is all this secrecy

19:3384611you may well be right keith, the rumour going around is that stewart has tattoos of the p.m. and chancellor, one on each buttock.
i cannot say where the tattooo of the deputy p,m. has been put, but understand that the public would find it appropriate.

09:5784718Why the sad obsession with which party label can be attached to people? Why flyers filled with party and national politics at local elections? Much better to look who the candidates are and what they are going to do, within the council they are running for, for the area they hope to represent (assuming they hope to represent that area and not just act as a party spokesperson). As neither of the gentlemen mentioned is running in a current election this is just idle speculation.
Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.

10:2884725is that a yes or a no chris?
my own view is that in politics it is better to quell any rumours before they get out of hand.

14:2884756Keith this whole thread is no more than a spot of brown stuff stirring by you.
I really cannot blame anyone for not bothering to answer it as it is completely pointless.

simple question that with an answer would have nipped all this in the bud,
but I fully understand why some wouldn't want to admit they want to be part of the tory set up

18:5384794all part of the game barry, keith is a "grizzled veteran" of electioneering.
his questions are a lot less virulent than some of the election leaflets going around.

i was not referring to a leaflet in this election, nothing nasty there, just pie in the sky stuff.
