  The Pledge, Keith, asks for a referendum on the EU, so we can democratically decide if we want to be in the EU or out. The Pledge members advise that we vote to be out of the EU, however, a democratic vote would decide the question.
  
  I have accepted the offer of the Pledge team to promote the Pledge in Dover. All one need do is put name and address on a slip and send it by freepost to the Pledge head-office. The slip is part of a leaflet explaining the details. If you would like to see a copy, I can let you have one.
