    I enjoy dipping in to the forum, and there are some very nice and decent people lurking around on it! But I must say I don't enjoy the petty political point-scoring that goes on. Juvenile, counterproductive and serving only to deflect away from the real issues facing Dover and district, in my opinion. Plastic politicking is half the problem with my home town, and is responsible to a large extent for Dover's decades-long inertia and steep decline.

    Keep party politics out of local government. That's my mantra. Simple as that.
