  The population of the UK is going to explode,
  
  So in the light of no affective border controls or reputations, we are left with the need to build.
  
  All these new comers will need Housing and jobs; the 2 must go together,
  
  It's easy for the wealthy, to dream of more wealth and profit from construction and land sales, but the reality is if theirs no good job created in the area, eventually this will bring about mass poverty and big social problems.
  
  I hope the big thinkers involved in this experiment, will factor in these concerns.
  
  PS. And have a plan B (Folkestone Road)
