  In the grand scheme of things between driving 40mph and 50mph would be 4 whole days of driving for me in year !!!
  
  Driving appropriately to the road and traffic conditions are what is important.... that is still the drivers fault and not the road.
  
  To me it seem that people are taught to pass the test, not taught how to drive
