    Am i the only one who is tired of seeing the local drunks once again taking over pencester road and park? all with beer in hand and most far gone at 5.30pm this evening its a disgrace and all in full view of the plaque saying offence to drink alcohol fine £400 yet they are blatently mocking this fact , most all arguing with one another making a noise and young kids in tow , so police and social services i think should be around the area.
