My Mum worked in Timothy Whites which I thought was opposite the town hall, but that's not where this mosaic is...

No Timothy Whites was on the cornner of Worthing St, where the works book shop is now standing, and boots was on the other side, when I was a young man in the army in the 1960s I had a goodlooking girl working there. It could have been your mum.

Not sure when she worked there, but would've been in her teens in the early 60's...

Not sure of the shop, but it's in the doorway next door to Merlin's Tattooist...

It's along London Road.
It might be near the needle and thread shop, not far from the shop that sells sweeties, currently undergoing renovation.

Not sure if anyone got this dead right, it's in the doorway of WIZE BUYS, London Rd, Past Turners model shop. Not sure if it is next to a tattoo parlour. Anyway, a bit of fun and if no direct hits at least some very close misses!
Thanks all!

While trying to find when the larger Timothy Whites closed I found the following, some I remember some had gone before I first moved to Dover.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Phil, it's next door to Merlin's Tattooist as I said in my answer at #11... Just didn't know the name of the shop.
