    I might have got the name wrong Roger. I also tried their cartrdige refill service, which was very cheap and appeared to be good value. The problem was the ink flow from the refilled cartridges was horrendous and, to stop me having unwanted ink everywhere in the printer, I had to throw the two cartridges away and buy new ones from PC World.

    Consequently, I no longer use cartridge refill services.
