Could the powers that be, in Dover, take advice and help from local gardening/horticultural organisations, and allotment societies, they surely are the ones who could get things moving and suitable plants planted that would thrive in dry conditions, in containers etc. They could at least be asked for ADVICE on making Dover more attractive. Just a thought...
