    That is what I was trying to do.raise the issue otherwise no one would have known about it,Peter I am a politiann granted only a little one compared to Nigel but he chose not to bring it to here or the newspapers,and it would have been smuggled in without anyone's or very few people's knowledge.

    If I got political it is because I am,and I do defend that right,on lots of things Nigel and the Tories and Me and the Labourites agree.But I do not like things that are open for consultation and no one is told or asked it is usually a shame consultation.
