  I wasn't aware that mr Balls had got over a speeh problem and if that's correct then this cheap jibe at him is way below the belt.
  
  We may not like the politics of mr balls or mr cameron, but you can see by
  tourettes sufferers themselves that they are up in arms by mr cameron's com,ments.
  also mr cameron himself was quick to apologise realising his bad error of judgement.
  
  sadly just look in on a wednesday to prime ministers playtime questions and you will see had bad things are.
  
  
  you are correct paulb mr blair who im no great fan of, was a slick operator and would never allow himself to get caught up in such insults.
  
  mr cameron will be applauded for his apology but must think before he speaks
