In the panoramic view of Dover Seafront at the top of the screen on this site there is a small building to the left of Burlington House. What is it? I don't recall there being any buildings between the Yacht Club and the Gateway Flats.

I'd say it was the corner of the multi-storey car park sticking out.

I thought that, but it almost seems to be in front of Burlington House.
