intriguing, a wild guess from me was that money was being handed over to help the tattoo(see background).
to my knowledge the leading lights are mike mcfarnell pictured and terry nunn who just "happened to be passing with his camera".

Steve Davies in the middle, Don Soppitt to the right and Terry's other half, Maureen on the right; don't know/recognise the Lady on the left.
It will have something to do with the tattoo.

Steve has reclaimed his spare office from the chamber of commerce and lent it to the Tattoo people instead.

Steve told me that the business support manager was no longer using the office so he has let the tattoo project use it instead. I didn't press him on the whys and wherefores.

Dover Chamber of Commerce no longer have a Business Support Manager.
Surprised Steve still has their banners up in his window.
Everytime I mention the DCoC, Keith says I have it in for them, or have sour-grapes; nothing of the kind - disappointed perhaps, but certainly not sour-grapes.

Just for Brian - When the campaign is under way, stick-on tattoos will be available as part of the promotion package!
Loads to tell you but I won't pre-empt the papers.
