14:0394437Follow your dream or you will always wonder what if..................... To be practical have you found an outlet for the cakes if not try some small food shops that do not sell cakes already. I used to sell loads of cakes at the pub and I know the greengrocer down Cherrytree sells cakes now, he got the plates from the shop.

14:0594440Health and Safety has made changes, though, to how and what you can sell regarding foodstuffs, and there are loads of regulations about the cooking environment that may need a financial layout. You will need to be clear on the requirements. That will all form part of your dream, and need to be factored in for success. I'll email you privately with a template for checking out your personal goals and checklists.

14:0894444I think you should follow your dream, but try if you can to keep a backup plan, maybe start small with the cake baking, until sure it has got off the ground.

15:2094452How about setting up a joint venture with some of the ladies you have met then you are not in competition with them. I bet you all prefer making some things more than others. Good luck with whatever you decide.
I was lucky with my cakes we were already covered by the various rules and regulations being a pub that did catering.
