    The mouse is about to propose(it appears) to the H.O.C. three options on the rights of prisoners to vote.
    the 3 options being


    1; those under 4 years sentence(only) able to vote
    2; those under 6 months sentence able to vote
    3; no prisoners will have right to vote

    It appears the mouse is hopeful the house goes with option 3.
    of course we aleady have some do gooders(labour MP's) fighting for prisoners to have right to vote.
    I may sound like a tory here, but my view is, once they are convicted they should lose the right to vote.
    what do you think?
