  In addition I would like to controversially add that it is often easy to be courteous to customers who are already in a shop and therefore probably paying out, but the mistake some might make is to neglect that courtesy to those not yet in the shop but outside and not with their hands in their wallets. Yet. Cryptic, yes. Honest, yes. And yes, we should be free to share our experiences whether they are good or not without fear of some inadequate taking umbrage and having a legal hissy fit.
