Sue doesn't have the choice Brian, but if 1% were put on the council tax, both could be supplied.
I find the whole toilet postings rather odd, but do agree that at least one of them should be open - now the Eastern end one is open, so that should help.
Perhaps the Community Pay-Back team could paint the outside of the (Eastern end) toilets if they need painting.
Perhaps some enterprising person would like to take on the "summer only" toilets at the Western end, paint them up outside (they're not listed are they ?), make them clean inside, ensure they work properly and then charge 20 or 50 pence for a visit.
Sounds like a job for Richard Mahony - sorry, I remembered, after he cleaned it all, painted it and made it look good, they wouldn't allow him to open it - silly me.
If the demand is as strong as Vic suggests, it could make someone quite a few pounds.
