    Yes. They reside in their non-Dover hideyholes while making judgements on our town.

    Meanwhile the offices are in Whitfield when they should be in the town centre. There are practical benefits to this as DDC workers would be out and about in the town at lunchtime spending money and boosting business (instead of Tesco).

    The offices could be demolished altogether and used for brownfield housing land or converted into flats/an old people's home.
