  Alexander, as far as I know, you are correct in that England does not have a natural birth increase; by "natural birth increase", I take it you mean from the indigenous people ? and our huge population increase is due to immigration ?
  
  Immigration has been discussed many times on here and no sensible solution found, as being a part of the EU, means we cannot control EU migration. How do other Western Europe countries cope ?
  Don't they have immigration controls so they aren't swamped ? We are a relatively small island fit to burst and cannot cope with the necessary cost of the infrastructure required - on financial cost and/or space.
