  I have just been send this Alert Card.and wrote on it is this.
  Please Help.!
  The holder of this card has a medical condidition and urgently needs to use the toilet facilities .
  
  Your kindness and co-operation is greatly appreciated.
  I must carry this card around with me 24/7 which council should I tell.?
  I have been put in the VIP Vesicare information Programme.

  I now have to keep a Diary to, about when and where I go to the toilet and times. In Dover thats not going to be easy.
