    Simon, the Town Team may be one among many groups I might intend to contact.

    However, internet purchases are similar to what used to be catalogue purchases and door to door sales.
    So nothing really new there! Not a major reason why people shop less in shops or at markets.

    Shopping less has to do with having less financial availability.
    Often it has to do with being unemployed, or working for the minimum wage, paying rent or mortgage, loans, payday loans etc.
