    I think a number of posters have given you the answer as i have many times post 99 says it all.

    On the question of volunteers in general, i can well understand some group and do a lot of work for that group but not wanting to widen there interests, why should they?

    We need to use volunteers to best of there abilities, not overload them, as they are few and far between.
